Very few opportunities exist for healthcare providers to learn how to work toward becoming culturally competent and how to become more effective leaders. As a result of the lack of these types of staff development initiatives the ability of the healthcare practitioners providing quality care to patients is severely diminished. This workshop will provide these practitioners with new and valuable information that they can use to help them become ore effective at providing quality healthcare to a more diverse client population. In addition the target audience will receive new information that they are not likely to receive elsewhere. We hope you will join us for this stimulating discussion.
