Philosophy

Established in 1990 H.H. & A.'s approach to managing the impact of many dimensions of diversity in today's workplace, starts with an understanding that each person is a unique accumulation of a variety of dimensions.  Consequently, it is extremely important to approach all colleagues, clients and visitors as individuals, valuing them as individuals.  If we begin to group people based on any dimension, we risk further excluding them with each interaction  Through our training, participants leave with new learning's in these areas for use back on the job.
